These crispy sables are coated with salted caramel made with snow salt from Miyako Island. The subtle saltiness enhances the rich caramel for a truly exquisite flavor.

Black sesame seeds are kneaded into the dough of these karinto, which are then deep-fried twice in rice oil to achieve a rich, nutty flavor. Coated with molasses and seasoned with Okinawan sea salt, they offer a balance of sweet, savory, and crunchy.
