Brewing Method 
1. For one tea bag, heat 150 - 200 ml of water to 80°C (176°F).
2. Steep for 1 minute, dip the tea bag 5 times, then remove.
3. For a second steep, use 90°C (194°F) water and shorten steep time.

Crunchy clusters coated in Kyoho grape-infused chocolate deliver a rich berry aroma and deep, fruity sweetness. Known as Japan’s “King of Grapes,” they deliver a bold flavor that enhances the chocolate.

Crafted with dough made from domestically grown wheat, these senbei are seasoned to reflect the savory profile of shio dare sauce developed by Teshimaya in Okayama. Garlic and black pepper add a lively spice, creating a deeply satisfying crunch.

Noriten is a traditional Japanese snack made by frying nori, or seaweed, in a thin tempura batter. This version features sudachi, a dark-green citrus fruit harvested from Japan’s Seto Inland Sea near Hiroshima.

Wheat, Soy, Oysters, Katsuo (Skipjack Tuna)

These arare, or bite-sized Japanese rice crackers, are seasoned with Hiroshima oyster-infused soy sauce. The result is a mellow, savory flavor that highlights the rich umami of this coastal specialty.

Bright citrus from Setouchi lemons adds a refreshing lift to this cookie, whose dough highlights the gentle flavor of soy milk and okara (soy pulp) from the tofu-making process.

Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Soy, Sesame, Katsuo (Skipjack Tuna)

Kaki no tane, a quintessential Japanese snack, consists of crescent-shaped Japanese rice crackers that are often paired with peanuts. This version lightly fries the senbei in tempura batter and seasons it with Setouchi lemon.

This traditional drink is made by dissolving domestically sourced powdered kudzu root in hot water to create a smooth, slightly thickened texture, long enjoyed for its comforting warmth.
