How do I cancel my subscription?

You can access the Customer portal on this link:
- https://my.tokyotreat.com for TokyoTreat subscribers
- https://my.yumetwins.com for YumeTwins subscribers
- https://my.nomakenolife.com for nomakenolife subscribers.
- https://my.sakura.co for Sakuraco subscribers.
In order to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the “My Account Dashboard” under the Home tab.
2. At the bottom of that page select “View Plan” on the subscription that you would like to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the "My Subscription" page and select “Cancel Subscription”.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the cancel confirmation page, answer all the mandatory questions first and tick the statement acknowledging that you will lose your subscription benefit. After that, click the "cancel my account" button.
5. Type "YES" and click the "Cancel Now" button. Your cancellation process has been completed.
