This Fukamushi Sencha, or deep-steamed green tea, utilizes traditional techniques to deliver a rich infusion of umami and gentle astringency, carefully crafted from fine green tea leaves for an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied sip.

Brewing Method 
1. For one tea bag, heat 150-200 ml of water to 75°C (167°F).
2. Steep for 40 seconds, dip the tea bag 5 times, then remove.
3. For a second steep, use 85°C (185°F) water and steep for 15 seconds.
