Hokkaido, Japan's most northern island, is known for being one of the best summer break destinations in Japan. Thanks to its mild climate and breathtaking scenery, people flock there every summer.

Hokkaido is also known for being the birth place of the world famous Yubari Melon, renowned for its sweet and refreshing flavor. Alongside this, Hokkaido milk is beloved countrywide, being thought of as the highest quality in Japan. This month we were inspired by the flavors of Hokkaido, and are excited to share them with you.
